Edgeley Area Dollars for Scholars was established in 1990. At that time, the Chapter's initial goal was to secure 100 memberships of $500 or more to fund a Scholarship Endowment Fund. The interest earned from this endowment was and is currently used for scholarships to graduates of Edgeley High School.
However, since its establishment, the cost of a college education has significantly increased and the interest rates our investments are achieving have been minimal for many years. As a result, the current Scholarship Endowment Fund is in need of additional memberships and donations so it can continue to provide scholarships to Edgeley graduates and keep up with rising college costs in the future.
HOW MAY I JOIN?
You may join by giving a gift of $500 or more to the Scholarship Endowment Fund, or a pledge payable over a 5 year period. We have many levels of memberships for you to consider. We also invite you to consider a memorial or an honorary membership for a relative or friend. We invite people to designate a gift in their wills. Donations of any amount are welcome!

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP
By joining the Edgeley Area Dollars for Scholars Club, you become a part of a worthwhile and distintive group that will play a vital role in helping graduates of Edgeley High School to continue their education. A club membership wall plaque will be displayed and members will be recognized in the membership group they wish to join. The amounts of scholarship will be based on the size of membership, as determined by the Board of Directors.
